Customer Rewards Terms and Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Customer Rewards Program.
- This Program is offered only to Educational Institutions located within the 50 United States or D.C. This program is intended for participation by qualifying
educational institutions only, and not by individual persons. As used herein, the term “customers” refers to eligible educational institutions only. Eligibility for
this program is limited to one enrollment per educational institutional account. An FES educational institutional account may be either a school or a district. It
is possible that a school and the district in which the school is located may each be enrolled in the Program (subject to the Official Terms and Conditions). Points
earned in the program through purchase transactions will always be credited on a per-transaction basis to the enrollee that is the "bill-to" party for a particular
transaction. Points earned in the program through "buy-back" transactions (the sale of textbooks to FES) will always be credited on a per-transaction basis
to the enrollee to whom payment is made for a particular transaction. Any rewards are to be redeemed by and for the benefit of the educational institution
only, and not by or for the benefit of any individual or any third party. For complete details regarding the earning of points and/or the redemption process, see

- FES Customer Rewards Program (“Program”) points are available on purchases of FES products and services. Please refer to fes.follett.com for a complete list of products and
services.
- Points are also earned when customers sell books to FES ("buy-backs") based on the final dollar amount we pay you, subject to restrictions in TX, NM and/or other states, as
legislated, which may prohibit buy-backs.
- Customers may earn up to a maximum of 100,000 points in combined sales or purchases (i.e.,"buy-backs") in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program during the
Program Period as defined below.
- Program Period is June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2010. The program ends May 31, 2010 unless an extension is granted at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. No points will be earned in
this Program for purchases or buy-backs occurring after May 31, 2010.
- Points will begin to accrue on purchases and/or buy-backs completed on or after customer’s enrollment date. See enrollment details at www.rewards.fes.follett.com.
- Points will not be issued for freight or tax charges in connection with purchases.
- Point totals will be communicated by mail every 3 months and will be based on net sales/buy-backs for the Program year-to-date. The appropriate number of points will be deducted
from your point total for returned items based on the original purchase price for said items.
- FES reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the Program, or add program rules, regulations, terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, imposing time limits
and changes in point values, rewards, and reward levels without prior notice.
- FES Customer Rewards Program points have no cash value and must be redeemed by July 31, 2010. Points cannot be carried over into any subsequent point-earning programs that
FES may offer after July 31, 2010 (if any).
- Points earned by the purchase of products and services from/by FES, as described herein, will be credited to the “billing” or “bill to” customer account. Points earned by selling
books to FES are credited based on payment recipient.
- Points earned at an individual school site are not transferable to the school district or vice versa.
- Any evidence of fraud or attempted fraud by or on behalf of a customer institution shall result in disqualification of that institution, and shall void all points earned by that
institution.
- The decisions of FES are final and binding in all matters relating to this Program including, but not limited to, the determination of customer institution point totals.
- FES is not responsible for printing, typographical, mechanical, technical, or other errors in materials distributed in connection with this Program, or in the transmission, receipt or
processing of point totals.
- Rewards received in connection with this Program are not transferable; no substitutions allowed at the request of customer institutions. FES reserves the right to substitute rewards
of equal or greater value if an advertised reward becomes unavailable.
- All point redemptions are subject to verification by FES. Allow approximately 4-6 weeks for shipment of rewards following verification.
- By participating in this Program and accepting a reward, each participating customer institution agrees to release and hold harmless FES, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising, and promotional agencies and the officers, directors, employees, and agents of each of the foregoing, from and against any and all liability, loss, harm, or damage,
including, without limitation, property damages, personal injury and/or death, and cost or expense including, but not limited to, all reasonable counsel fees and court costs, which
may occur in connection with participation in the Program, or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of said reward items.
