Answers to the most frequently asked questions about our Customer Rewards
Program are listed below. If you do not find an answer to your question

How do I earn points? |

If you are eligible to participate in the program (see Terms and Conditions for all eligibility requirements), beginning on or after your Rewards enrollment
date, you will earn 1 point for every dollar that you spend on the purchase of any Follett Education Services (FES) product or service. Products and services
include, but are not limited to, Pre-Owned Textbooks, New Paperback Novels, New Reference Books, and New Supplemental Learning Materials. Please refer
to www.fes.follett.com for a complete list of products and services. You can also earn 1 point for every dollar we pay you on books that you sell to us (“buybacks”).
Points accrue from June 1, 2009 through May 31, 2010, based on purchases/buy-backs completed within that time period that are on or after your
enrollment date.

How are the points calculated and credited? |

Points on purchases from FES are calculated based on the purchase price. Freight and taxes are not included, and do not qualify for points. Points earned
by selling books to FES (buy-backs) are based on the final dollar amount we pay you. The entity to which points will be credited for purchases from FES will
be based on “billing” or “bill to” address. For example, if you are part of an enrolled district where the books are shipped to the school but billed/invoiced
to the district, the enrolled district is credited the points. Points earned by selling books to FES are credited based on payment recipient. For example, if a
check or credit voucher is issued directly to an enrolled school for books sold to FES, the enrolled school will be credited the points for the sale.

How do I know how many points I have? How do I redeem my points? |

We will keep track of your points and contact you quarterly (September, December, March & June) by mail to let you know how many points you’ve
accumulated. Based on your point total at the time, you may choose to redeem points for select Rewards for which your point total qualifies, or you may
continue building points to redeem later. Instructions on how to view and redeem your points will be included in each quarterly mailing, or you can view
the instructions and redeem your points online at www.rewards.fes.follett.com. Points are available online the 15th of the month following purchase or buyback
activity. Note: Point totals may not reflect your most recent purchases/buy-backs.

Do points expire? |

Yes, points will expire July 31, 2010. Please note that points have no cash value, and cannot be carried over into any subsequent point-earning programs that
FES may offer after July 31, 2010 (if any).

My points don't match my invoice totals. Why not? |
| |
Points are awarded for any purchase from us or any sale of surplus textbooks to us as noted herein and in the program’s Terms and Conditions. In addition,
bonus points may be earned for different activities as indicated in our quarterly mailings or email communications. Bonus points will not be reflected on
your invoices and will be tracked separately by FES and included in your points total online (see #3 above). Your points may also vary from your invoices due
to freight and taxes not counting toward points in this program, or for other reasons.

What if I don’t reach a minimum of 1,500 points? Am I still eligible for a Reward? Is there a point maximum? |

You must earn at least 1,500 points to be eligible for a Reward. With a wide variety of products and services to choose from and bonus point opportunities
throughout the year, our hope would be that every customer institution enrolled in the program will be able to reach a minimum of 1,500 points. Yes, there
is a maximum. Customers may earn up to a maximum of 100,000 points; refer to program Terms and Conditions.
